italki has been a great tool for me; helping me become fluent in Spanish! I heard about this site through a blog post a few months back and signed up almost immediately. I think it is great that there are so many new language learning sites emerging. The web has so much to offer in terms of tools to learn a new language. I've also looked into www.edufire.com and livemocha.com both seem to have some pretty cool stuff as well.
